To do it right you should install ES bushings or solid bushings. However, this requires a LOT more work. I just finsihed teh ES subframe/diffy bushing install a few weeks ago, and it definitely wasn't a walk in the park. If time and tools are on your side, drop the subframe. If you just want to see an improvement, go with the spacers.
